Exchanging

It is possible to exchange an item up to 14 days after receiving your order, stating a possible reason. To exchange an item you can use the Model form for cancellation. Then indicate that you want to exchange the item and the reason for this. If there is a non-conforming product, then you have up to two months after discovery of the defect / defect to submit a complaint. We will then repair or replace the product.

There is a non-conforming product if:

• you have received a defective or damaged item;
• you have received the wrong item;
• the item is not complete.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving a reason, this is called the right to cancel. You will then receive the full amount within 14 days of cancellation.

Custom made products are exempt from the right of dissolution (see Article 10.6 of the General Terms and Conditions)

Did you order a wrong size? Do you prefer a different product? Or do you want to cancel the purchase? Then the return costs are for your own account. (see article 8.5 of the General Terms and Conditions)
Have we delivered an incorrect product, or is there a defect / defect? Then we will have the package collected from you free of charge by our shipping company, or you can deliver the shipment to the nearest location of our shipping company.
