GENERAL INQUIRIES

-Pricing for a complete interior

We don’t show prices on our webpage simply because these depend on personal wishes and the truck. For complete interiors, please contact info@specialinterior.com and provide as much information as possible. For any other question, please direct your message to klantenservice@specialinterior.com or use the contact form.

-I have some ideas and personal wishes I’d like to discuss. 

No problem. Send us an email, give us a call or visit us in Dronten. If it’s regarding a complete interior, please let us know beforehand if you are visiting. This way, we can make sure we have the time to properly discuss all the details.

 

PRODUCT INFO

-Washing the curtains

The curtains we sell can be washed at 30º Celsius. Please beware that curtains with fringes (e.g. pelmets) can only be machine washed if they are inside a washing bag or pillowcase. Otherwise, the pelmet will be ruined. -Do not use a machine dryer- Front windows pelmets can ironed, but make sure that you use a towel between the pelmet and the iron and moisten it.

-How to properly hang the hooks & runners for curtains 

Make sure every hook is about 12 cm apart from the next one.

-Estimated delivery times  

If you order something on our website which is in stock, we usually ship it the same day, if the order was placed before 15:00. >Delivery within the Netherlands and to Belgium usually take place the next day. >European countries:  about 3-5 days. If you want to be updated about the shipment, make sure you provide your email address when placing you order.

Payment methods

We offer payment via iDeal, Mister Cash and PayPal (which means that creditcards can also be used). And of course, bank transfers are also accepted. However, note that this will delay delivery since it’s not a direct payment.
